Nexter® insecticide for fruit crops launched in Canada
CALGARY, AB, Canada (April 11, 2007) — Gowan Company has acquired the marketing rights to the active ingredient pyridaben and is marketing it under the NeXter brand name. NeXter miticide/insecticide provides quick knockdown of tough mite pests, including European Red Mite and Two Spotted Spider mite in apples, cherries, grapes, pears, strawberries, peaches and nectarines (Ontario only). NeXter delivers up to 40 days of residual control of mites.
