Introduction :		Sandea is a selective herbicide providing unsurpassed control of both yellow and purple nutsedge and many broadleaf weeds in certain vegetable crops, alfalfa and sugarcane. Sandea provides both preemergence and postemergence weed control, inhibiting cell growth in targeted weeds within 24 hours of treatment

Sandea is readily absorbed by roots and foliage and translocates throughout the plant. Cell growth usually stops within 24 hours of treatment in plants unable to metabolize the active ingredient.
